Handover The Item You Wish To Return To The Our Executive. Your Return Request Is Complete.

Once Your Return Claim Is Accepted By Us, Your Refunds Will Be Processed Within 48 Hours. Your Refund Will Be Made Same Account You Used. Banks And Payment Gateways Usually Take Between 5-7 Working Days To Credit The Amount To Your Account.

SellOn Allows Return Of Products For 7 Days From Delivery In All The Following Cases:

  • Product Is Used Or Altered
  • Physical Damage To The Product
  • If Sealed Package Of Branded Products Is Open
  • The Packet Was Empty / Some Item Or Accessory Was Missing
  • The Product Was Defective.
  • Significantly Different From The Description Given By The Merchant (wrong Size, Colour, Quality Or Material Related Issues)
  • The Time Frame Starts From Date The Product Was Delivered As Per The Confirmation Received From Our Logistics Team Or Courier Partners. The Refund Amount Will Be Equal To The Paid Amount For An Item.
  • For our Product Return Is Only Applicable On The Receipt Of Incorrect Or Damaged Product
  • Used Products Will Not Fall Under Money Back Guarantee.
  • Seller Will Pick Up Product That You Wish To Return From Your Doorstep; However Locations Where We Do Not Have Reverse Pick Up Facility, We May Request You To Self-ship The Product To Us.
  • Items Must Be Returned In New And Unopened Condition With All The Original Packing, Tags, Peripherals, Warranty/ Guarantee Card, Freebies And Accessories Including Straps And Locks Intact.
  • Customized Orders Cannot Be Returned.
